Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urogynecologist, who has completed an accredited 3-year fellowship program. The location is in Denver, but coverage at Exempla Good Samaritan in Lafayette hospital is expected as well.
The Urogynecology Department is currently compromised of two full-time, fellowship trained, Urogynecologist. We are proud to offer our patient a full complement of therapeutic and treatment modalities within the scope of our field. We perform Robotic, Laparoscopic and Vaginal Reconstructive surgery. We have an onsite ambulatory surgical center to offer outpatient procedures such as slings. We have a 3D ultrasound machine for patient evaluation.
We are assisted by a Urogyn dedicated Nurse Practitioner, who helps with new patient evaluations, pessary fitting and Anorectal Monometry Testing. We have a full time Urogynecology nurse, that performs Urodynamic testing and handles patient triage. We are also assisted by 3 Licensed Practice Nurses. We have a close partnership with several off site Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy offices that care for our patients. We enjoy excellent relationships and close collaboration with Colorectal and Urology colleagues.
The hospital where we perform major surgeries has a OB/Gyn residency program, and our surgeries are staffed by upper level residents. The residents rotate through our clinics as well.
The OB/Gyn department has a generalist Gynecologist with extensive experience, strong interest and dedicated time to treat patients afflicted with chronic pelvic pain and dyspareunia. Majority of such patients are seen by this physician.
