The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is seeking a full-time Urogynecologist to join the Division of Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery and also serve as a leader in the Center for Intimate Health and Wellness. Candidates must be BC/BE in Urogynecology/Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to research, quality improvement projects and have a strong interest in actively participating in residents and fellows’ education in Urogynecology.
The Center for Intimate Health and Wellness focuses on multi-disciplinary, comprehensive care to patients who suffer from disorders related to sexual health. The candidate will lead the effort to expand and enhance the services offered in the Center. The Urogynecology practice at BIDMC also excels at providing minimally invasive surgical treatment and ambulatory care for a diverse patient population. We strive to continue offering innovative modalities for treatment of pelvic floor conditions.
Ambulatory care and surgeries will take place both at the main campus in Boston, as well as our affiliate hospitals in the greater Boston area. Academic appointment as instructor, assistant, or associate professor at Harvard Medical School in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
