This salaried-exempt level role plans, develops and implements recruitment strategies for assigned departments/job classes. Provides a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers on recruitment and staffing issues. Works with hiring leaders to fill open positions with highly qualified candidates. This is a full-cycle recruitment role supporting one facility.
Maintains Applicant Tracking System and posting to ensure SEO and JD attract qualified applicants
Mines candidates through ATS and progresses to hiring leaders
Sources passive candidates through LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and Taleo, etc
Provides oversight of all recruitment contracts and invoices. Monitors and statuses contract renewals for recruitment
Monitors and updates list of vacant positions of Hiring leaders weekly and monthly
Compiles and maintains recruitment reports on a weekly, monthly and as needed basis
Maintains ongoing communication with Department Managers, Directors and Administrative team to ensure accuracy of open positions and alignment with the labor management system
Launches positions within the labor management system, upon approval of the request to post roles.Maintains and updates the labor management system with pending hire information upon receipt of offer acceptances
Rounding in facilities using Intake guides and SLAï¿½s to understand the unique culture and fit necessary to staff units
Develops strategy to include media recommendations, niche sites and conferences to develop pipeline
Reviews and screens applications for internal transfer requests for min qualifications, salary discovery and cultural fit
Primary source verifies the license and certifications of candidates applying for roles requiring credentials
Prepares YOE (Years of Experience) forms for candidates and then calculates salary, presents and negotiate offers within pay guidelines
Launches and tracks offer approvals and extends offers upon approval. Monitors receipt of signed offer letters from candidates.
Launches background checks and schedules on-boarding visits for candidates, post offer acceptance, as needed
Plans, organizes and facilitates on-site hiring events
ERP Promotion on websites and within the facility to engage current employees and identify passive candidates
Teaches Selecting Talent Training and Taleo Refresher course to Managers, Hiring Assistants and Peer interviewers, as needed.
Serves as an ambassador by attending community events, job fairs and school fairs
Assist the Human Resources department with engagement and retention activities, as needed
Required: Bachelors in related field
Required: 2 years of hospital recruitment or hospital HR
Preferred: Experience with TALEO ATS
