Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Position Summary: The Lead Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical services at Axia Women's Health Urogynecology - King of Prussia office and serve as the lead of the Mobile Program.
Clinical Care Duties:
Provide Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner clinical services in the area of incontinence patients including diagnostic and therapeutic techniques relating to incontinence services as well as educational counseling services
Provide a conservative alternative to the surgical treatment of incontinence
Spend 50% of time providing direct hands – on Nurse Practitioner support to smaller programs / vacation coverage on an as-needed basis
Travel as required to Phoenixville, Ardmore, Langhorne areas, plus, additional locations as program continues to grow
Clinical oversight of Nurse Practitioners
Provide orientation and training of all new Nurse Practitioner team members
Lead Quarterly meetings with Nurse Practitioners on clinical topics and subject matters
Develop ongoing improvements and effective best UroGyn practices
Open dialogue and communication with Nurse Practitioners, Senior Physicians, Practice Managers, Front Office Staff and Patients
Develop and monitor workflow improvements to address identified areas of improvement
Evaluate reimbursement of services & supplies and monthly reports from Finance department
Monitor clinical and financial performance (productivity) across OB/GYN programs
Escalate improvement opportunities to VP of Expanded Care Centers
Coordinate Nurse Practitioner coverage within OB/GYN program
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Women’s Health
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
Urogynecology experience preferred but not a requirement
