Reporting to the Director of Cardiology, partners with the Physician leaders of Cardiology services and other related service line and clinical program leaders to ensure development of a comprehensive, market competitive, and leading edge Structural Heart Program at Lakewood Regional Medical Center. Works with Business Development and Physician stakeholders to develop educational outreach programs to hospitals, clinics and physicians across the market regarding the benefits of the procedures provided by the Structural Heart Program team.
Current CA RN license with BSN and specialty training.
3+ years of work experience in a professional cardiovascular or critical care role. Excellent patient interaction and experience with delivery of patient care. Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work across multiple sites. Creative, persistent and collaborative work style. Analytical and problem solving skills. Good organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Program or center of excellence development & management skills. PACS/McKesson Hemo Cerner. Process improvement and process design skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
