We are seeking a full-time FPMRS faculty member to join the Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive at MedStar Health and the MedStar National Center for Advanced Pelvic Surgery. We are a high volume academic referral practice serving the Washington, DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia region. Academic appointments are through the Georgetown University School of Medicine.
Surgical & non-surgical management of complex pelvic floor disorders
APP support for conservative management including pessary care
No in-house call; no obstetrics or routine GYN care.
Core faculty for the FPMRS fellowship, MIGS fellowship and the OB-GYN core residency program, including clinic, OR, & simulation
Scholarly Activity Role:
Mentor for ACGME accredited fellowship research. OB-GYN resident & medical student research
Faculty mentorship through Georgetown Mentorship and Faculty Development programs; GHUCCTS CTSA; MedStar Health leadership, research and educator training programs

MD, DO or equivalent
BC/BE in OB-GYN or Urology
Ability to obtain DC, Maryland and Virginia licenses
Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority
Vaginal, Laparoscopic and Robotic surgery skills preferred
