Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Opportunity: Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery PhysicianOur organization is experiencing significant growth within the Department of Urology, and we are seeking dedicated physicians specializing in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) who are passionate about scholarly pursuits. Your practice will receive comprehensive support across all areas of Urology.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with established URPS specialists and a committed group of advanced practice providers, along with strong nursing and administrative support, within a department comprising 14 highly cooperative urology faculty members.
Department Highlights:- Accredited URPS fellowship program
- Multidisciplinary urogynecology education and clinics, collaborating with specialties such as pain management, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, colorectal surgery, GI, PMR, and pelvic floor physical therapy.
- World-class pelvic pain clinic featuring Neurology and Minimally Invasive Surgery Gynecology.
- Excellent clinical facilities with convenient patient access and complimentary parking.
- In-office capabilities including ultrasound, fluoro-urodynamics, cystoscopy, MR prostate biopsy, and laboratory technician services.
- Located adjacent to an outpatient surgery center within the same building.
- Outstanding urology residency program with fellowship-trained faculty across all urologic subspecialties, admitting three residents annually with a track record of distinguished graduates.
- Regular interactions with students, with rotations that are highly rated and valued.

- A competitive base salary ranging from $325,000 to $500,000, depending on academic rank, along with additional incentive bonuses.
